Bim Modeller

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Perform 3D BIM modeling for MEP services, with focus on ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems.

•⁠ Modeling for MEP Services (especially Plumbing and Sanitary Service)

•⁠ ⁠Provide AutoCAD drawings and BIM models to support the project team.

•⁠ Prepared shop drawing for submission and As-Built Drawings for site inspection.

•⁠ ⁠Update models based on the latest Engineer’s Instructions (EIs) from consultants.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings in compliance with project BIM standards.

•⁠ ⁠Develop standard installation details for the company and review them with engineers prior to submission.

•⁠ 3D Co-ordination & clash detection for MEP service in Revit and Navisworks Manage

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with site engineers on detailed drawings, penetration layouts, and additional sketches required by consultants.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and submit Combined Services Drawings (CSD) for BIM coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit monthly BIM progress reports to the BIM Manager.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of drawings, reports, and documentation for the project. Basic Technical Software Skills: Microsoft Tool - Microsoft World - Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Power Point Drafting Tool - Auto CAD Modeling Tool - Revit (MEP)
