Leader - Internal/Corporate Communication

Role Overview: As the Communication Leader - Internal, you will serve as the primary architect of the company's cultural narrative, ensuring that our organizational vision is translated into compelling, consistent, and engaging messaging for our workforce. You will operate at the intersection of leadership strategy and employee experience, partnering closely with the C-suite, HR business partners, and department heads to drive alignment and transparency. By crafting high-impact internal campaigns and managing digital content ecosystems, you will directly influence employee sentiment, boost organizational morale, and foster a unified culture that drives business performance across our Delhi NCR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that keeps employees informed and connected to the company's long-term business objectives. - Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle for internal channels, including newsletters, town halls, and the company intranet, to ensure messaging is timely, accurate, and brand-aligned. - Partner with senior leadership to draft executive communications, ensuring that complex business updates are articulated with clarity and empathy to maintain trust across all levels of the organization. - Design and implement engagement initiatives that celebrate organizational milestones and reinforce core values, thereby strengthening the employer brand from within. - Establish robust feedback loops and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, using data-driven insights to refine messaging and improve reach. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage crisis communications and change management projects, ensuring employees remain supported during periods of organizational transition. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to translate complex business strategies into accessible, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse employee demographics. - Proven expertise in managing multi-channel content strategies, with a sharp eye for editorial quality and visual storytelling. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level. - Strong proficiency in digital collaboration tools and internal communication platforms, with an ability to adapt to the fast-paced, hybrid work environment typical of a premium Delhi NCR corporate setting. - A minimum of 7 - 12 years of experience in corporate communication or internal branding, ideally within a fast-growing, high-performance organization. - A postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.
