We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, prototyping, and testing of advanced mechanical systems for next-generation semiconductor automation equipment and autonomous robotic platforms, including Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs).

The successful candidate will drive mechanical engineering projects from concept development through detailed design, simulation, fabrication, assembly, and final product delivery.

Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will develop precision mechanical systems, high-speed automation mechanisms, underwater robotic structures, and integrated electromechanical solutions that meet demanding performance, reliability, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Design & Product Development Lead the mechanical design and development of semiconductor automation equipment, precision modules, autonomous underwater vehicles, and robotic systems.

Translate customer requirements and engineering concepts into functional mechanical designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions. Design mechanical components, motion mechanisms, structural assemblies, and electronics housings using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent.

Develop detailed 2D fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, general arrangement drawings, and engineering layouts. Design and develop ultra-precision, high-speed pick-and-place mechanisms, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems where applicable. 2.

Engineering Analysis & Simulation Perform structural, kinematic, and dynamic analyses to evaluate mechanical performance and design robustness.
