Chaayos - Head - Operations

Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview: As the Operations Head for Dohful, you will serve as the backbone of the organization, overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, production efficiency, and retail operations. You will work closely with the leadership team to translate business strategy into actionable operational plans, ensuring that our quality standards remain uncompromised as we scale. This role is pivotal in driving profitability, optimizing unit economics, and fostering a culture of high performance across all departments, directly impacting the brand's ability to deliver consistent value to our growing customer base. 1. Multi-Store Operations & SOP Compliance: - Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, hygiene standards, product quality, and operational processes across all outlets. 2. Store Performance & Operational Excellence: - Improve order preparation time, customer experience, store productivity, and overall operational KPIs. 3. Business Expansion & Scalability: - Build scalable operational systems and support expansion from 47 to 250 outlets, including entry into new cities. 4. Leadership & Team Development: - Build and develop a strong second line of operations leadership, including Circle Heads and Area Managers, with clear accountability and ownership. 5. Store Profitability & Cost Optimisation: - Improve store-level profitability by controlling operating expenses, wastage, consumables, and manpower costs. 6. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: - Establish robust inventory controls, procurement processes, stock availability, and inventory accuracy across outlets. 7. Performance Monitoring & MIS: - Develop dashboards, conduct regular business reviews, identify underperforming stores, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. 8. Customer Experience & Product Consistency: - Maintain consistent product quality and service standards across all stores while reducing customer complaints. 9. Maintenance & Infrastructure Management: - Ensure timely preventive maintenance, minimise equipment downtime, and maintain operational readiness across outlets. 10. Operational Strategy & Process Improvement: - Identify operational bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and build systems that enable business growth with reduced day-to-day founder dependency.
