Assistant General Manager - HR Business Partner - Gold Loan

Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Business Partnering: Align business goals with talent frameworks; participate in corporate strategic meets to project headcount requirements, workforce dynamics, and skill pipelines. - Talent Management & Succession Planning: Architect comprehensive capability building, leadership pipeline development, and structural succession planning matrixes across zones. - Performance & Compensation Architecture: Drive annual, mid-year performance appraisals, goal alignment exercise, and compensation structuring programs in synergy with business unit milestones. - Employee Engagement & Culture: Strategize employee engagement roadmap to enhance retention, curb attrition, and scale positive scores across national parameters. - Grievance Redressal & Compliance: Supervise high-stakes employee relations, ensure prompt disciplinary process management, and maintain full compliance with employment practices and industrial regulations. - HR Automation Integration: Co-work with IT to accelerate digital adoption across internal systems, HRMS frameworks, and customized data analytics models for the HR department. - Team Management: Will manage a team of 5 - 6 state HRs.
