Delivery Head - Marketing Technology

: Role Overview: As the Delivery Head for Marketing Technology, you will spearhead the end-to-end execution of complex Martech programs, ensuring seamless integration between technology stacks and business objectives. You will act as the primary bridge between our high-value BFSI clients and our internal delivery teams, overseeing the lifecycle of marketing automation and digital transformation projects. Your daily focus will involve managing large-scale program delivery, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring that our managed marketing services consistently drive superior ROI for our partners. This role is pivotal in shaping our delivery strategy and maintaining the high standards of excellence expected by our enterprise-level clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end Martech program delivery, including client outcomes, project planning, timelines, budgets, staffing, governance, risk management, and managed marketing services. - Lead large BFSI programs and coordinate cross-functional teams. - Manage 80+ member teams, resource allocation, hiring, financial tracking, client reporting, stakeholder, program dashboards, delivery risks, client satisfaction, and continuous platform optimization.
