The Opportunity As a Product Expert with Mercedes-Benz, you will work very closely with the Sales team on product enquiries, presentation and delivery duties.

Support the Sales team through enthusiastic and convincing communication of the product details, creating high awareness of and excitement about the functions and configuration to the customers.

Address the customers’ questions and demonstrates vehicle features as well as assisting them to select the vehicle that best suits their needs. Conduct internal product training so as to improve the general product knowledge with updates and knowledge tests for the Sales team.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to be very well-informed and knowledgeable about the automotive market, product knowledge, accessories, technologies, features and functions.

Requirements
