Job Summary

Manage the accounts receivable function to ensure accurate payment processing, maintain financial records, prepare forecasts, and support finance management with accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

Collect client payments. Maintain accurate records of all client payments in the company’s accounting system to ensure financial transparency. Prepare payment collection forecasts to support cash flow planning and financial decision-making.

Identify and recommend improvements to accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required competencies and certifications Completed formal training or courses in accounting Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar role within an SME setting Ability to work independently to manage accounts receivable functions effectively Proficiency in using accounting software for accurate financial record-keeping and processing Availability to work a 5-day work week Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in accounting Other Information Report to Finance Manager
