**Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** **Test Automation Development** + Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. + Create automated test scripts using **Selenium WebDriver** , **Appium** , and related automation tools.

+ Automate functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing. + Develop reusable test libraries and utilities to improve testing efficiency. **Quality Engineering Excellence** + Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and quality standards.

+ Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC by integrating testing early in the development process. + Analyze requirements and technical designs to identify test scenarios and edge cases. + Participate in design reviews and provide quality-focused recommendations.

**CI/CD and DevOps Integration** + Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. + Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to enable continuous testing. + Monitor automation execution results and provide actionable insights. + Improve release confidence by implementing shift-left testing practices.

**Defect Management** + Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. + Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. + Validate fixes and ensure no regression impact across applications.

**Collaboration & Leadership** + Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Onshore test lead. + Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. + Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.

+ Drive quality engineering culture across teams. **Required Qualifications** **Education** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. **Experience** + **5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.

** + Strong hands-on experience with enterprise web and mobile application testing. + Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. + Experience working with globally distributed teams.
