Senior FP&A Financial Analyst

Pay Range: $35.00hr - $45.00hr Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Global People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is a key role in supporting, building and executing the company's efforts in delivering budgetary commitments within the Human Resources (HR) department. The position will work cross functionally between Finance and HR to optimize and streamline our People FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).

Responsibilities

Build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) model and process for all global key stakeholders Maintain the Checkbook Model (headcount management and forecasting tool) within Workday Adaptive Planning and deliver innovative and continuous enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
