About the Role Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to support operations for their retail presence in Upington , with a focus on remote oversight and coordination. You will assist in managing store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance, while also contributing to operational strategies that can be implemented remotely or with hybrid support. This role requires strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of retail dynamics, and the ability to contribute to both on-site and off-site management tasks in the Northern Cape .
