Senior Accountant

• Manage and review the overall accounting activities for construction projects. • Monitor project costs, budgets, profits, and expenses to ensure proper cost control. • Prepare annual budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts for management. • Review project costing, work-in-progress (WIP), and revenue for construction projects. • Handle GST and corporate tax matters and ensure timely submissions to IRAS. • Liaise with banks regarding company loans, financing, and cash flow requirements. • Coordinate with external auditors and prepare the necessary documents for annual audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
