As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will • Design and define scalable ServiceNow architecture solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies. • Provide architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow workflows, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Customer Service Management (CSM). • Develop architectural roadmaps and blueprints by translating business goals into technical solutions and platform capabilities. • Advise customers, enterprise architects, platform owners, development teams, and business leaders throughout solution design, sales, and implementation engagements. • Define ServiceNow instance strategies, integration approaches, technical governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture patterns. • Establish and maintain technical governance and delivery operating models to ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with best practices. • Improve ServiceNow instance health by identifying and reducing technical debt and aligning implementations with ServiceNow recommended practices. • Design and guide integrations using APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB, and other relevant ServiceNow platform capabilities. • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and business leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation using ServiceNow. • Support presales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, engagement planning, and change order assessments. • Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the successful delivery of complex enterprise transformation programs. • Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) in workflows, business processes, decision-making, and problem-solving. • Share architectural expertise, reusable solutions, and leading practices with customers, partners, and internal teams. What You Bring to the Table • 8–10 years of professional experience in ServiceNow, enterprise technology, professional services, or related technical consulting roles. • Strong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and enterprise platform design. • Expertise across multiple ServiceNow workflows, particularly ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB, and CSM. • Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, instance strategy, platform governance, integrations, APIs, and enterprise design patterns. • Experience with Flow Designer and CMDB architecture and management. • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, customer advisory, or enterprise technology consulting. • Experience leading architecture and design for large-scale programs and complex enterprise implementations. • Understanding of cloud application technologies and enterprise architecture principles. • Experience in technical governance, platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and delivery operating models. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executives, enterprise architects, platform owners, and development teams. • Experience supporting presales activities, solution estimation, and engagement scoping. • Experience applying or integrating AI into business processes or technical workflows. You Should Possess the Ability to • Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into ServiceNow architecture blueprints and implementation roadmaps. • Lead architectural design decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise workflows. • Provide technical direction and architectural recommendations across multiple customer engagements. • Evaluate existing platform architecture, identify risks, and recommend improvements aligned with ServiceNow best practices. • Establish technical governance standards and ensure consistency across platform implementations. • Design scalable integration solutions connecting ServiceNow with enterprise applications and systems. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and senior leadership. • Manage complex technical challenges through structured analysis, decision-making, and resolution. • Lead programs and architectural initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate with sales, consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to achieve business and technical outcomes. • Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation using ServiceNow. • Contribute to organizational knowledge sharing and the development of architectural best practices.
