QA Engineer (Manufacturing/ QMS/ IATF 16949)

Location: North (company transport provided islandwide) Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.30pm AWS + VB + Monthly allowance QA Engineer (System Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including FMEA, Control Plans, change control, documentation, and audits. Review and update quality manuals and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest requirements.

Lead internal and external audits, coordinate with relevant departments, and follow up on corrective actions. Review and respond to customer quality-related enquiries and documents, including quality agreements, specifications, and audit checklists.

Prepare responses to environmental compliance enquiries related to RoHS, REACH, and other substances of concern. Coordinate technology transfers with overseas sites and support trial production activities.

Support supplier quality management through regular meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and on-site audits. Participate in quality improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and quality core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC is preferred.
