QA Engineer (Chemical/ Customer Support/ Regional Travel/ No exp welcomed!)

Location: North Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30 (Company transport provided at islandwide)

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer quality issues and drive continuous improvement of products and processes. Work closely with the process team to investigate quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support process optimization, benchmarking, and improvement projects using quality and statistical tools.

Prepare and manage quality reports and documentation. Coordinate and support external audits to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards.

Requirements

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. Experience in the semiconductor industry and customer quality support is an advantage. Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, DOE, and JMP is preferred.
