About the Role

The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Solution Architect who brings strong technical leadership, sound architectural judgment, and a collaborative delivery mindset.

In this role, you will own solution design and technical direction across Salesforce engagements from early discovery through implementation and release, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to business outcomes.

You will partner closely with client stakeholders, Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into well-structured solution architectures and high-quality Salesforce implementations.

This role requires a balance of hands-on platform expertise and architectural oversight, with a strong focus on Salesforce best practices and long-term platform health. Foundational experience in Salesforce administration and configuration is expected, along with deep experience in solution design and delivery.

Candidates should hold relevant Salesforce certifications or demonstrate a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations at scale. Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%.
