In this role, you will Key Responsibilities: System Architecture & Design: Translate complex model architectures, data analysis, and feature engineering into scalable agent design patterns.

Workflow Optimization: Lead process reimaging by assessing legacy workflows and designing automated, AI-driven alternatives that accelerate operational velocity. Context & Prompt Engineering: Systematically structure data, operational constraints, and guidelines to optimize LLM performance and output reliability.

Prototyping & Validation: Develop low-fidelity prototypes to validate core AI features, user experiences, and overall model feasibility. Performance Evaluation: Design business-aligned evaluation frameworks, defining key metrics to collect data and measure program impact.
