Finance Manager (CA SA)

Key Responsibilities • Manage the full accounting function, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and monthly management reporting. • Review and oversee the work of bookkeeping and finance support staff. • Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity planning. • Provide financial analysis and support to operational and management teams. • Prepare and present reports to the global leadership team. • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and internal controls. • Support business decision-making through accurate and timely financial information. Minimum Requirements • Qualified and registered CA(SA) . • Minimum of 2 years' post-articles experience . • Previous experience gained in a small to mid-tier audit or accounting firm (non-negotiable). • Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelling. • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple deadlines. • Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems, preferably Xero . • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
