Job Description
Valterra Platinum Limited seeks a People & Organisation Advisor Operations to join the Operational Management Team at the Amandelbult Complex, Thabazimbi. You will drive effectiveness of the P&O function, advise employees and line managers, and support talent management, recruitment, onboarding and labour planning.
Ideal candidates hold a HR degree, with mining experience and SAP HR knowledge, and demonstrate strong analytical and reporting skills.
