Senior Finance Manager CA(SA) | Healthcare Sector

Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Business Partnering • Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team. • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. • Develop financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives and investments. • Deliver meaningful financial insights to improve profitability and business performance. • Partner with stakeholders to influence key commercial and operational decisions. Financial Reporting & Corporate Governance • Lead the full finance function, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Manage management accounts and executive reporting packs. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and financial regulations. • Oversee the implementation and application of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 . • Lead annual audits, tax compliance, VAT submissions, and statutory reporting. Operational Finance Excellence • Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and financial risk. • Drive process optimisation, digitisation, and financial control improvements. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. • Support operational teams through financial analysis and performance management. Leadership & Team Development • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Strengthen financial governance and internal control environments. • Foster strong relationships across all levels of the business.
