We're looking for an HRBP who can speak both business and people language, challenge the status quo, and turn people priorities into business outcomes. What you'll be doing: - Partner with business leaders to understand what the business needs and translate it into the right people priorities. - Own the people agenda for your business, from performance and talent to development and succession. - Keep a pulse on the organisation through people data, insights and good old-fashioned conversations. - Work with leaders to build high-performing, engaged and future-ready teams. - Drive talent and employee engagement initiatives that go beyond ticking the HR checklist. - Partner with TA, L&D, C&B and other HR teams to bring the right solutions to the business. - Coach managers and leaders on everything from performance conversations to developing their people. - Keep HR policies, processes and governance on track, while making sure they actually work for the business. - Be the person leaders come to when they're thinking, "We have a people problem. Help." - Support business priorities and organisational initiatives with a strong people lens. In short: Be close enough to the business to know what's really happening, curious enough to ask the uncomfortable questions, and practical enough to turn HR ideas into action.
