Property Growth & Acquisitions Analyst

Reference: 11425 SJ Consultant: Soné Johnson Job Description: • Identify and evaluate new property acquisition and development opportunities. • Conduct market research on rental rates, capitalisation rates and property trends. • Prepare financial feasibility analyses for potential acquisitions and developments. • Conduct due diligence investigations and prepare detailed reports. • Present investment opportunities and findings at deal committee meetings. • Liaise with property agents, brokers and other relevant stakeholders. • Assist with development cost estimates, budgets and project timelines. • Monitor development expenditure against approved budgets. • Coordinate marketing activities for available rental properties and developments. • Prepare rental proposals, property sales packs and supporting documentation. • Monitor property sales progress and maintain weekly acquisition and sales reports. • Assist with financing applications, tenders and property-related administration. • Strong financial analysis and property investment evaluation skills. • Ability to conduct market research and financial feasibility assessments. • Knowledge of property acquisitions, developments and due diligence processes. • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of rental rates, capitalisation rates and property market trends. • Ability to prepare financial reports, investment presentations and sales documentation. • Strong organisational and project coordination skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
