Store Manager | Luxury Fashion

Location: Castel Romano (RM) Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Outlet Manager As we continue to grow our retail presence in Italy, we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead one of TLG’s stores at Castel Romano Designer Outlet. What you’ll do: • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of service and an excellent customer experience. • Drive sales performance and monitor key commercial indicators, identifying opportunities to achieve store targets and improve profitability. • Lead, motivate and develop the store team through regular feedback, coaching and training. • Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of store employees. • Organize team activities and schedules to ensure effective coverage and smooth store operations. • Build strong customer relationships and support clienteling and CRM activities to grow customer loyalty. • Ensure the store’s presentation, product displays and visual merchandising meet company and brand guidelines. • Monitor stock levels, deliveries and replenishment, and ensure accurate stock handling. • Oversee point-of-sale and back-office activities, including cash management, reporting and administrative tasks. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable health, safety and loss-prevention standards. • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally. • Share regular updates on store performance, customer needs and operational priorities with relevant stakeholders. What we’re looking for: • Previous experience as a Store Manager. Background in fashion, luxury retail or an outlet environment is mandatory. • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. • Strong commercial awareness and confidence using sales data and KPIs to guide decisions. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a hands-on approach. • Fluency in Italian and English. • Availability to work on a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
