The ideal candidate should have at least one year of hands-on marketing experience and be comfortable working closely with the client to understand requirements and execute day-to-day marketing activities. Key Responsibilities • Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing campaigns and promotional activities. • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms and maintain a regular posting schedule. • Events and Promotions: Plan and promote bookstore events, including author interactions, book launches, and other literary events. • Client Coordination: Coordinate closely with the client to understand requirements and execute daily marketing activities. • Brand Visibility: Support initiatives to improve brand awareness, online visibility, and audience engagement. • AI-Assisted Marketing: Use AI tools to create, refine, and improve the efficiency of marketing content. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum one year of hands-on marketing experience. • Experience in content creation and social media management. • Ability to use AI tools for marketing content creation and refinement. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Good organisational and client coordination skills. • Ability to work proactively and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to event promotion or retail marketing. • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva. • Interest in books, reading, publishing, or literary events.
