Key Responsibilities • Assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored change management strategies. • Design and implement communication plans to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. • Develop training programs and support mechanisms to facilitate employee adoption of new processes and systems. • Identify and manage potential risks and resistance points throughout the change lifecycle. • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization. • Collaborate virtually with project teams, leadership, and employees to ensure successful change implementation. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management , organizational development, or related consulting roles. • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives. • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders remotely. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
