GSPANN - SAP Business Transformation Management Consultant

: We are seeking an SAP Business Transformation Management Consultant to help build a connected, data-driven transformation capability across Enterprise Architecture, business process management and ERP programme delivery. The role is centred on SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio. SAP LeanIX will be the primary platform for enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, landscape transparency, repository governance and transformation insights. SAP Signavio will be the primary platform for process modelling, process governance, process intelligence and fit-to-standard support. Together, these tools will help connect applications, capabilities, processes, initiatives and transformation outcomes. Role & responsibilities : SAP LeanIX and Enterprise Architecture Management : - Act as a hands-on delivery partner for SAP LeanIX, supporting application portfolio management, enterprise architecture management, repository governance and transformation insight. - Improve the reliability, completeness and usability of LeanIX data through profiling, cleansing, validation, ownership follow-up and recurring data-quality controls. - Support fact-sheet onboarding, ownership assignment, lifecycle management, taxonomy alignment, business-capability mapping, technology mapping, interface visibility and initiative linkage. - Produce dashboards and portfolio insights covering application ownership, lifecycle, technology risk, rationalisation, obsolescence, transformation impact, adoption and data-quality trends. - Support application portfolio assessment, modernisation and rationalisation by translating repository data into clear options, risks and recommended actions. - Strengthen the integration between SAP LeanIX and ServiceNow to improve alignment between enterprise architecture, CSDM 5.0 concepts, CMDB structures, service ownership and operational technology data. - Help evolve LeanIX from an APM repository into a broader EAM platform supporting roadmaps, standards, transformation planning, AI inventory and architecture governance. SAP Signavio and Process Transformation : - Support SAP Signavio as the digital process foundation for transformation, including process modelling, process governance, fit-to-standard support, process ownership and continuous improvement. - Work with Process Owners, Product Owners, architects and programme teams to connect business processes to approved applications, business capabilities, initiatives and ERP transformation milestones. - Facilitate structured process discovery and improvement activities; document decisions, dependencies and follow-up actions. - Apply process intelligence and process-mining concepts to identify variants, bottlenecks, control gaps and improvement opportunities where suitable data is available. - Translate process insight into implications for application portfolios, architecture roadmaps, programme design and transformation governance. - BTM Toolchain, WalkMe Incubation and SAP Cloud ALM Collaboration - Contribute to a joined-up BTM operating model across SAP LeanIX, SAP Signavio and, over time, WalkMe, with a focus on reusable practices across SAP and non-SAP ERP programmes. - Build working knowledge of WalkMe and digital adoption principles to support future incubation, including user journeys, in-application guidance opportunities, adoption analytics and change enablement. - Partner with the SAP Cloud ALM specialist to align process, architecture and delivery information, including traceability between process design, requirements, testing, deployment and transformation milestones. - Support common identifiers, ownership rules, data mappings, synchronisation controls and reconciliation practices across the transformation toolchain. - Explore innovation opportunities across an agentic BTM toolchain, including automation patterns, AI-assisted analysis, MCP server concepts, headless paradigms and reusable orchestration between architecture, process and delivery data. Preferred candidate profile : - 6+ Years of Relevant experience in enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, business process transformation, SAP or ERP transformation, IT governance, data governance or consulting. - Hands-on experience with SAP LeanIX, another recognised enterprise architecture platform, or a substantial architecture repository implementation. - Experience improving architecture, portfolio or process data through profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, ownership engagement and repeatable governance controls. - Experience with application portfolio assessment, rationalisation, lifecycle management, technology-risk analysis or transformation roadmap support. - Working experience with business process modelling, process governance or process improvement; exposure to SAP Signavio, BPMN 2.0 or process mining is strongly preferred. - Experience producing dashboards, reports or portfolio insights and translating data into decisions, recommendations and prioritised actions. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or broader ERP transformation programmes is desirable, including non-SAP ERP environments. - Exposure to APIs, enterprise-system synchronisation and LeanIX integration with ServiceNow, with basic understanding of CSDM 5.0, CMDB principles and service modelling. - Demonstrated curiosity and practical experimentation with automation, AI-enabled ways of working, agentic concepts or integration patterns that improve speed, quality and reuse. - Experience working in global, matrixed or GCC delivery environments is essential. Preferred Certifications : - SAP Certified Enterprise Architecture Consultant SAP LeanIX, strongly preferred or expected after joining. - SAP Certified Process Management Consultant SAP Signavio, desirable. - SAP Certified Process Data Analyst SAP Signavio, desirable for candidates with a process-mining emphasis. - SAP Certified Solution Transformation Consultant with SAP Cloud ALM, desirable but not core. - SAP Certified WalkMe Digital Adoption Consultant, future-facing advantage. - TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma, SAP Activate or recognised change-management qualifications are advantageous.
