You will be joining a fast-growing wellness and massage company that currently operates in five German cities and is expanding to seven. The company is known for a high-quality, above-and-beyond approach to customer service, and its People team is scaling hiring quickly to keep pace with that growth.

This hire sits at the very start of the recruitment funnel, where speed and a great first impression make all the difference. The Role As a Junior Recruiter, you will be the first voice candidates hear from the company.

You will call new applicants quickly, introduce the opportunity with energy and confidence, and run short screening calls so the strongest people move forward without delay. This is an entry point into recruiting, and no previous recruiting experience is needed.

You’ll work closely with the Head of People, splitting your time between the Berlin office and home. It’s ideal for someone who loves talking to people, moves fast, and wants to learn recruiting from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
