Senior Partner solution program manager (Financial Reporting, Data Management)

Summary As a Senior Partner Solution Program Manager, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving partner implementation readiness across Workiva ’s Financial Reporting solutions and Data Management and AI capabilities.

Operating as a seasoned solution specialist, you will collaborate globally across internal teams including Client Services, Professional Services, Product Enablement, Partner Strategic Initiatives, and Product Management to ensure our implementation partners are equipped, certified, and empowered to deliver successful projects for our customers.

You will work on multi-faceted enablement programs and apply project management methodologies to define certification tracks, build 1:many enablement programs, curate implementation assets, and represent the partner voice during product releases.

What You’ll Do Program Leadership & Partner Implementation Readiness Lead complex, global enablement projects across Client Services, Professional Services, Product Enablement, Partner Strategic Initiatives, and Product to ensure implementation readiness assets and certification training are aligned with Workiva technology releases Design, organize, and execute scalable 1:many enablement programs, including virtual and in-person instructor-led workshops, hands-on training, and product update webinars Drive the end-to-end creation and ongoing maintenance of high-quality enablement content, including partner certification coursework, practical exam scenarios, implementation guides, and technical solution blueprints for Financial Reporting, Data Management, and AI Plan and promote structured knowledge-sharing channels to accelerate feature adoption and deepen partner understanding of Financial Reporting solutions, and AI and Data Management capabilities Governance, Certification & Partner Advocacy Define and maintain role-based delivery certification paths, manage badging workflows (e.
