Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose We are looking for a hands-on Medical Recruiter to help us scale our clinical teams in Germany.

This is a delivery-focused role: you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and close, across a range of clinical and medical roles. Our clinical teams are at the heart of the Neko experience.

They deliver the care that helps our members start their preventative health journey, so every hire directly shapes the quality of that care. We are moving quickly, and this hiring is about precision and pace.

You will work closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to hire outstanding healthcare professionals who want to work in a tech-enabled, forward-thinking environment. What you'll do in the first 6-12 Months End-to-end recruitment for German clinical and medical roles (e. g.

physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, medical technical assistants, clinical operations), managing a full requisition load against agreed hiring plans.

Source proactively across job boards, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and events, and adjust channels based on response and conversion data. Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, with clear communication and fast turnaround at every stage.
