Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect functional and non-functional requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flowcharts.
Data & Process Analysis: Analyze operational data, financial reports, and KPIs to spot trends or root causes of business problems. Solution Validation: Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered software or workflows meet business expectations.
Agile Facilitation: Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing user stories using platforms like Jira or Azure DevOps
