Lead - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead HR Business partnering for the business units with end to end ownership of Employees from Hire to Retire. - Support strategic workforce planning and implementation of projects focused on organizational efficiency. - Collaborate with business leaders to ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. - Strengthen employee engagement through structured feedback and action. - Drive internal mobility and development of high-potential talent. - Implement role enhancement, coaching, and development plans for identified high-potential employees. - Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and development planning. - Support field HR teams in maintaining workforce strength and hiring efficiency. - Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
