L3 Network Engineer (ACI & SD-WAN) - Weekend & 24/7 on call Support_Contract #IKR

Core Function: Provide expert Level 3 (L3) technical support and management for large-scale enterprise, data center, and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments. Data Center Infrastructure: Design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric infrastructures.

WAN Management: Manage, support, and scale Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) deployments and daily network operations. Traffic Engineering: Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.

Incident & Problem Management: Perform rigorous root cause analysis (RCA), resolve complex network incidents, and participate in major incident management. Lifecycle & Projects: Execute critical network changes, hardware upgrades, complex migrations, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, cloud, and broader infrastructure teams to maximize network availability, performance, and cloud connectivity. Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network topology diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Operational Readiness: Participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure continuous uptime for high-availability environments.

Any other ad-hoc related work duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience handling enterprise-scale or data center infrastructure.

Cisco ACI Expertise: Strong, direct expertise in Cisco ACI architecture, Multi-Pod setups, Multi-Site deployments, and advanced fabric troubleshooting. SD-WAN Proficiency: Solid operational and deployment experience specifically with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) administration.

Core Protocols: Advanced technical knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, QoS, and baseline network security. Ecosystem Familiarity: Practical experience dealing with hybrid cloud topologies, data center environments, perimeter firewalls, lo
