HR Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for: - Business Development Executives - Sales Managers - Key Account Managers - Senior Sales Leaders / General Manager / Vice President - Sales - Develop strong pipelines for B2B, exhibitions, events, sponsorship, space-selling, and solution-based sales profiles. - Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and high offer-to-join ratio for sales positions. 2. Sales Productivity Management: - Monitor and enhance the efficiency of the sales team through structured HR strategies. - Develop KPIs and performance benchmarks for sales professionals. - Identify training needs and implement sales enablement programs. 3. Data & Performance Analytics: - Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management. - Analyze workforce data to improve productivity and retention. - Leverage HR analytics to optimize hiring and talent management. 4. Workforce Planning: - Recruit top sales talent to drive exhibition participation and sponsorships. - Design incentive structures and retention strategies for the sales team. - Implement performance appraisal and career development programs. 5. HR Operations & Compliance: - Ensure smooth HR operations, from onboarding to exit processes. - Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. - Foster a performance-driven and employee-centric work culture. Key Requirements: - MBA in HR from a reputed institution. - 15+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on sales performance tracking, workforce analytics, and operations. - Experience in the exhibitions, events, or B2B sales industry preferred. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in HR tech & data-driven decision-making. - Ability to collaborate with sales leadership to enhance team performance
