Role & Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid-to-senior roles across tech, product, and business functions—sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent. • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, build candidate personas, and design structured interview frameworks aligned with business goals. • Optimize sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards to build diverse, high-quality pipelines. • Own the candidate experience—from first touch to offer acceptance—ensuring timely communication, feedback, and engagement. • Implement and scale recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility. • Advise on employer branding, referral programs, and hiring process improvements to drive retention and scalability.
