From households to small businesses, - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - 5+ years of product management, technical program management, or equivalent experience owning products or programs end to end - Experience identifying process/workflow inefficiencies and delivering tooling or automation to address them - Hands-on familiarity with generative AI models and/or agentic workflows and how to apply them to real use cases - Experience defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and using data to prioritize and demonstrate impact - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive adoption and influence without authority
