Accountant (Immediate / up to $5,000 + AWS + VB / Boon Keng)

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. Maintain a full set of accounts, including fixed assets records and reporting. Prepare and submit monthly management accounts and financial reports within reporting deadlines.

Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. Coordinate with tax agents to support accurate and timely corporate tax filings. Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial and statutory audits.

Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting. Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, GST requirements, and corporate tax regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is an added advantage.
