BIM Modeller (M&E)

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed M&E drawings, layouts and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements and specifications. Interpret engineering designs andtranslate technical requirements into accurate and coordinated M&E modelsand drawings.

Independently manage assignedprojects and deliverables with minimal supervision. Coordinate M&E systems withother disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free designs. Review and verify drawings,models and layouts for accuracy, constructability and compliance with relevantcodes, standards and project specifications.

Identify and resolve design andcoordination issues, implementing necessary revisions promptly. Maintain and update BIM models,drawings, technical documents and revision records throughout the projectlifecycle.

Work closely with engineers,project managers and site teams to support design development, BIM coordination and project execution.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical orElectrical Engineering or equivalent. At least 1 year ofrelevant industry experience Relevant workingexperience in an M&E Consulting firm is an added advantage. Knowledge in design andbuilding projects and relevant code of practice. Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
