Senior Designer — Branding & Graphic Design

Bengaluru | Full-Time Ready to design, lead, and make an impact? We’re looking for a Senior Designer to strengthen our Branding & Graphic Design practice at Lollypop. This is for someone who doesn’t just execute design — you shape creative direction, solve complex visual problems, and help raise the quality of the work around you. What You’ll Actually Do • Lead branding projects including brand identities, campaigns, visual systems, and visual communication • Own projects from understanding the brief and developing concepts through to final delivery • Translate business and client requirements into compelling creative and design directions • Establish visual direction and maintain consistency across brand touchpoints • Mentor junior and mid-level designers through reviews, feedback, and day-to-day collaboration • Partner with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strong design solutions • Participate in client presentations and confidently communicate design thinking and rationale • Contribute to pitches, proposals, and new business opportunities when required • Set a high bar for design quality, craft, and attention to detail across projects Who We’re Looking For • 5–8 years of experience in branding, graphic design, visual communication, or a related agency environment • A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative direction, visual craft, and end-to-end project ownership • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual systems • Proven ability to independently lead design projects and make informed creative decisions • Experience mentoring designers and providing constructive design feedback • Strong client-facing and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of design quality • Growth mindset with an interest in contributing to the development of the wider design team Why Lollypop • Work on meaningful problems across fintech, edtech, deep tech, and impact • Collaborate with a global design community of 180+ designers • Opportunity to work on award-winning design projects • Take ownership of complex branding and visual communication challenges • Opportunity to mentor designers and contribute to the growth of the practice • Autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth • Competitive package + benefits + flexibility How To Apply Send your resume, portfolio link (Dribbble/Behance/your site), and a short note (~100 words) on a design decision you made, why you made it, and the impact it had.
