Summary of the Role The Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Regional Practice Leader, is responsible for growing, strengthening, and leading Core States Group 's regional civil engineering practices across the West Region.

This leader will build strong teams, expand client relationships, develop leaders, improve practice performance, and drive sustainable growth across Core States Group 's regional businesses.

Key Responsibilities
