Quality Analyst (JD#11396)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Analyst to thoroughly test technology solutions and ensure they meet business and technical expectations.

The role involves collaborating with technical and functional teams to understand detailed requirements and translate them into well-defined test scenarios and test cases.

The analyst will support all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and IDT, while participating in Defect Triage calls to drive timely issue resolution. Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 5–8 years of relevant experience in testing critical applications.

Strong experience in end-to-end functional testing; Hands-on experience in regression testing; Experience with non-functional testing; Experience in manual testing and initial bug triage; Strong experience supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical leaders.

Desired Skill-set CTFL (Testers Certification) or any related testing certification is preferred; Automation testing experience using SmartBear or related tools is a plus; Experience working with critical applications and complex testing environments.
