Lead Playwright Developer - Quality Assurance

Playwright Developer Experience : 6 - 10 years Location : Mumbai Notice Period : 20 days only Job Description : We are looking for a Playwright Developer with 6 - 10 years of experience and hands-on experience in Playwright using TypeScript and/or .NET/C#. The candidate should have experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools, along with exposure to non-functional requirements (NFR) and performance testing. The role also requires exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk or Dynatrace, as well as cloud-based testing tools. Candidates should understand AI/QA Agents and their application within the testing lifecycle, along with knowledge of MCP and MCP servers. Key Skills : - Playwright with TypeScript and/or .NET/C# - API Testing - Postman or similar tools - NFR and Performance Testing - Monitoring and Observability - Datadog, Splunk or Dynatrace - Cloud-Based Testing Tools - AI/QA Agents in the Testing Lifecycle - MCP and MCP Servers Key Responsibilities : - Architect and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript to accelerate regression testing and reduce manual intervention. - Integrate automated API testing suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment cycles and early defect detection. - Conduct comprehensive performance testing and bottleneck analysis using monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace to optimize application responsiveness. - Collaborate with backend engineering teams to refine C# and .NET service layers, ensuring high testability and architectural alignment. - Lead code reviews and technical workshops to foster a culture of engineering excellence and maintain high standards of code quality across the team. - Translate complex business requirements into actionable test strategies that mitigate risk and improve overall product stability for our global client base.
