We are seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Healthcare Development Manage r to drive market access, business growth, and healthcare transformation initiatives across the South West UK.

In this role, you will work with key stakeholders across healthcare systems to identify opportunities, influence decision-making networks, and improve patient care pathways.

You will play a critical role in developing local access strategies, building clinical advocacy, and delivering value-based healthcare solutions that support both healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute local business and market access plans to drive brand growth and adoption. Engage with NHS stakeholders, commissioning groups, provider organisations, and integrated care systems to identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across healthcare economies. Support the development of clinical pathways, guidelines, formularies, and service redesign initiatives.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, medical, and contract teams to deliver a unified customer engagement strategy. Identify and implement partnership projects that deliver sustainable healthcare improvements and commercial outcomes.
