Program Manager x 2 (AMK)

Job Summary The Program Manager leads the delivery of a portfolio of projects and services, aligning them with strategic goals. This role manages resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes on schedule and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of multiple projects and services to meet strategic objectives and contractual commitments Lead and govern multiple project teams to optimize resource allocation and performance Manage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagements to achieve desired outcomes Establish and maintain program governance frameworks to monitor overall performance and compliance Drive issue and risk management processes to mitigate impacts on program delivery Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders to provide program status and escalate issues Promote continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams to enhance efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Serve as the primary escalation point for program-related matters, resolving conflicts and challenges promptly Deliver quality project outcomes on schedule and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of IT project and program management experience, including 5 years managing large-scale application development, system implementation, or maintenance programs Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, teams, vendors, and stakeholders in complex environments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches Demonstrated skills in program planning, budget and resource management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Excellent
