Job Description
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects.
- Experience in program or engagement management, leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects - 5+ years of leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience - Experience managing engagements using both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative methodologies - 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience
