Responsibilities

Act as the technical focal point for the development team. Drive architecture and development across microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems. Ensure architectural alignment from design through production. Lead code reviews and promote clean code, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

Manage technical debt and ensure performance, security, resilience, and scalability. Support active-active architectures, data consistency, and disaster recovery strategies. Maintain technical documentation and mentor engineers.

Requirements

Strong Java expertise and solid experience with Spring Boot; Spring Cloud is a plus. Proven experience designing cloud-native, distributed, microservices-based architectures. Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar, or RabbitMQ.

Experience with containers, orchestration, and microservices design patterns. Knowledge of geo-distributed systems, high availability, fault tolerance, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Understanding of API security, OAuth2/OIDC, and secrets management. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
