Workday HCM Consultant

: - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, and production support experience. - Strong expertise in Workday HCM. - Hands-on experience supporting Workday Case Management. - Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes. - Strong understanding of the Workday Security Framework. - Experience supporting global HR organizations and distributed workforce environments. Tech Stack & Skills : - Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports. - Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). - Experience supporting Workday biannual release cycles, testing, and validation activities. - Experience with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, and Talent & Performance. - Knowledge of Workday Tenant Management activities. - Experience participating in Workday implementation or transformation programs. - Exposure to HR process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. - Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Workday HCM Certification and/or Recruiting Certification. - Prior experience supporting large-scale global Workday environments.
