Head - Omni Channel Growth - FMCG/Retail

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification or MBA may be advantageous. Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience across consumer, ecommerce, digital commerce, commercial growth or omnichannel leadership, including leadership of sizeable business outcomes. Commercial Ownership: Demonstrated accountability for revenue and profitability, commercial planning, investment decisions and performance against business targets. Marketplace & DTC: Strong exposure of both marketplace-led and DTC business models, with the ability to align specialist teams without becoming the day-to-day owner of every channel. International Markets: Experience growing consumer businesses across international markets - UK/European exposure is valuable. Industry Background: Relevant experience may come from consumer health, FMCG, beauty, personal care, nutrition, fitness, digital-native brands, ecommerce, retail or consumer technology. Supplements experience is not essential. Analytical & Technical Capability: Comfort with P&L and unit economics; forecasting; CAC, LTV, contribution margin, ROAS/marketing efficiency, incrementality, retention, cohort and promotional analysis. Leadership: Experience leading senior leaders or cross-functional teams, setting direction, resolving competing priorities and building scalable operating practices.
