We are currently seeking Front of House service staff to be part of this exciting new opening.

Key responsibilities: Oversee all guest experiences for the restaurant, recognising and welcoming guests To be highly engaging with guests and colleagues on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction Engage with guests in conversation so as to build a strong rapport between themselves and the restaurant Take ownership - effective in dealing with guests’ accidents, incidents, complaints and preferences Involved in the daily restaurant operations; ensure the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards Manage stocks and inventories Build and maintain guest relationships Attend
