Sales Leadership and Commercial Performance: Take ownership of regional sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management and achievement of business objectives. Develop and execute strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain direct relationships with key customers and healthcare stakeholders. Participate in strategic customer meetings, presentations, account planning and commercial negotiations, while supporting the team in developing and maintaining high‑value relationships. Regional Strategy: Translate broader business objectives into a clear and actionable NSW/ACT regional strategy. Establish priorities, allocate resources effectively and ensure consistent execution across the territory. Strategic Account Leadership: Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans across priority public and private healthcare organisations. Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve patient outcomes while delivering measurable value to healthcare providers. Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Develop trusted relationships with clinicians, surgeons, nursing leaders, healthcare executives, procurement stakeholders and other key decision‑makers. Tender and Contract Strategy: Lead regional commercial strategy for tenders and major contracting opportunities. Partner closely with Contracts, Tenders and Marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, competitive submissions and effective implementation plans. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Customer Service, Contracts, Tenders and broader Commercial teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and strategic business initiatives. Business Performance and Discipline: Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM compliance, opportunity management and performance reporting. Use data, market intelligence and customer insights to identify opportunities, manage risks and drive informed commercial decisions. Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, industry regulations and healthcare compliance requirements. What We Offer - • The opportunity to join a Global Health care company. • Competitive salary package reflective of experience and market conditions. • Commission / incentive opportunity linked to commercial performance. • Annual car allowance to support the field-based nature of the role. • Flexible hybrid working arrangement, balancing flexibility with the need for regular field engagement, team coaching and customer interaction. • The opportunity to lead an established team of eight within a high-impact regional leadership role. • A role combining strategic leadership, people development and hands‑on customer engagement. • The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to improving patient outcomes. • Work within a brand-new office situated at Macquarie Park.
