The Role An opportunity is available for a technically minded and customer-focused Internal Sales Support professional to join a high-performing team in Perth or Sydney. Working closely with the Internal Sales Team Lead and in partnership with external sales, this role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales cycle. This position would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has a proactive mindset, and is looking to build a long-term career in sales support and customer service within a technical or industrial environment. Key responsibilities include: • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, solutions-focused manner • Building strong customer relationships through proactive communication • Partnering with external sales to deliver a seamless customer experience • Preparing accurate and timely quotations • Converting quotations into orders with a strong focus on accuracy and responsiveness • Validating orders and providing clear customer confirmations • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and factories to support customer outcomes • Assisting with issue resolution and helping maintain strong client relationships • Supporting coordination of customer visits • Managing workflow to meet service expectations and response time targets • Maintaining accurate records across ERP and CRM systems • Supporting shared inbox management and workflow tracking • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Your Profile To be successful in this role, you will bring technical aptitude and prior experience within a mechanical or industrial environment, along with a strong commitment to customer service and operational accuracy.
